Ethiopian Frankincense resin comes from the hardened sap of the native flowering tree (Boswellia Papyrifera). It has a lovely pine rich scent, from the Arabian peninsula, and the horn of Africa. The unique smell invokes a sense of calm, and has been used to help reduce anxiety and stress. Many historical references have been made as to its medicinal properties, religious rites, and to assist during meditation to expand spiritual conciousness.

How to use: Use a fire safe holder such as an Abalone shell or brass burner, and put sand in the bottom. Place a piece of charcoal in the fire proof holder, and ignite the charcoal. Place the resin on top of the charcoal using tongs (for safety). Perfect for meditation and prayer work, and your Smudging practice!
